COME WORSHIP WITH US

What to expect

We understand that stepping into a new church can feel overwhelming. Whether you're new to the community or to faith altogether, we want you to know that you are truly welcome here at Franklin Chapel. Our doors are open, and our hearts are eager to embrace you as you explore and grow alongside us.

While we strive to create a warm and inviting atmosphere, it's important to acknowledge that we’re not perfect. Like any community, we’re on a journey of growth and discovery, learning a little bit more each week. We’re committed to seeking God’s will together, and we invite you to join us in that pursuit, with all its joys and challenges.

So come as you are! We believe that God moves in genuine connections, and we’re excited to share that journey with you. No matter where you’re at in your faith, we’re here to support you as we all seek Him further. Your presence is a gift to our community, and we can’t wait to meet you!

  • What's the atmosphere like?

At Franklin Chapel, our atmosphere beautifully blends the warmth of "Sunday best" with the comfort of "t-shirt and gym shorts." Whether you're dressed up for worship or keeping it casual, the common thread is the joy of being together. Everyone is greeted with smiles, laughter, and a genuine sense of belonging, creating a welcoming space where all are excited to connect and grow in faith together.

  • Is there kids programming or a nursery

Honestly, for kids programming, it's hard to say for sure and it's bound to change from week to week. Being in a temporary space makes children's programming a tough puzzle to solve. We don't have a nursery though - but the little ones are more than welcome during service. Fussy babies are a reminder of the gift of young life our church is blessed with!

  • What type of worship service is it?

The contemporary folks probably think we're a bit traditional - the traditional folks definitely think we're pretty contemporary. That probably lands us somewhere in the midst of "blended" worship. Whether you're looking for old hymns, or new songs of praise - you'll surely find something you can join in with those around you in lifting up the Lord!
